2. Eligibility and Compliance
2.1 By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
a) You are a qualified investor as defined by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
b) You are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
c) You have the authority to provide us with API keys for your cryptocurrency exchange accounts.
d) Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Our services are not intended for retail clients or those who do not meet the regulatoryqualifications for investing in digital assets or similar financial instruments in their respectivejurisdictions.
2.3 You acknowledge that cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsiblefor ensuring your compliance with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to those in theUnited States, European Union, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and other EMEA countries.

3. API Keys and Account Security

3.2 You acknowledge that by providing us with your API keys, you are granting us permission toexecute trades on your behalf through our automated trading bots.
3.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys and trading accounts. We stronglyrecommend using API keys with trading permissions only, and not withdrawal permissions.
3.4 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your API keys oraccounts.
